Setve JeffersonStephen Douglas Jefferson went home to be with His Lord and Savior Jesus Christ while at a
church fellowship, on July 4th 2015. While driving to the hoop one minute and the next in
heaven with Jesus!

I am Free would be His declaration, as He loved singing that song on platform at
church. He has obtained final complete freedom.

Stephen will be remembered for His enthusiasm in all things. He was a faithful Husband
for almost 22 years to Tammie. He was a teacher of Godly things to His 6 children and 13
grandchildren.

He had many attributes worthy of noting. He loved using the gift of song that God gave
him. He sang in church on Sundays, in choirs many times and in nursing homes. He was a
faithful Prayer Warrior. He did all things without complaining. He was an encourager to all,
doing all things with honesty and integrity. Steve was on the follow-up and visitation ministry
for many years at Victory Chapel. He was a soul winner for His Lord Jesus. He was obedient to
God’s voice without hesitation. He always was faithful to attend church and His ministries.

Stephen was raised in Everett, MA by His loving parents William and Gladys. He
graduated from Everett High School and soon after he enlisted in the US Army. He served
honorably during the Vietnam War. When he returned from war he attended various colleges
and earned a certificate from Mass. Maritime academy to become an EMT. He also enjoyed
being a self- employed painter until retiring.

Steve was predeceased by his son Rodeiro and his parents. He is survived by his wife
Tammie, his sons Kendall and Enrique, also his daughters Elizabeth, Margarita and Angela.
Steve loved and enjoyed his 13 grandchildren.
