Update from Dover, New Hampshire
Greetings from way up north! Recently a couple in our church gave a woman who was walking a ride. They witnessed to her and invited her to church. They saw her again the next Sunday morning at the store. She accepted their invitation, came to church, and gave her life to Christ. She’s been in every service since that day. She testifies that she grew up in religion and began the uniform of that religion at the age of three. She has been set free to serve Jesus and rejoices in her new relationship with Him.
God has been using already established relationships to bring people to church. My 8-yr-old’s classmate and best friend came to a Sunday A.M. service and got saved. He told his Dad he liked church and his Dad came the next Sunday. Then his Dad came the next service and though he liked it, didn’t take the step. The third time, as they say, is the charm. He got radically saved! His countenance was shining, he couldn’t stop smiling, and he said,”I’ve never felt like this!” He is now a regular in church with a genuine desire to know Jesus!
We had a powerful New Year’s fellowship/service with people rising up and doing skits and music for the first time. We had almost as many visitors as church folks!
Continue to pray for us as we are building hunting to accomodate all that God is doing and is going to do! Praise Jesus!
